This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain handson experience in the customer service field. As an intern you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn develop their communication skills and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers through various communication channels (phone email chat) in a friendly and professional manner.
Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate service or department.
Accurately input and update customer interaction details into the CRM system after each contact.
Manage and respond to basic customer inquiries and support tickets on time.
Escalate more complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
Assist in monitoring customer account balances and assist with basic payment reminders and notifications.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending issues.
Help prepare basic reports related to customer interactions and resolutions.
Assist in maintaining organized records of all customer interactions.
Support customers with basic troubleshooting guiding them through steps to resolve common issues.
Work closely with a teamoriented customerfocused environment to enhance the customer experience.
Living in or willing to relocate to Malindi Town.
Strong passion for customer service and helping others.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong problemsolving ability with a customerfirst attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer software is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
