Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies for growth profitability and market expansion.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency in all departments including sales production customer service etc.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement costsaving initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team to drive the brands vision and objectives.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility drive sales and explore new market opportunities.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with highprofile clients and partners.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure industry standards regulations and company policies are adhered to.
Requirements
- Proven experience with 45 years in a leadership customerfacing and people management role.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with clients
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and other IT products/solutions
