Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies for growth profitability and market expansion.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency in all departments including sales production customer service etc.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement costsaving initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team to drive the brands vision and objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility drive sales and explore new market opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with highprofile clients and partners.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure industry standards regulations and company policies are adhered to.



Requirements

  • Proven experience with 45 years in a leadership customerfacing and people management role.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with clients
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and other IT products/solutions
