Job Requirements for Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Profile:
- A senior leader with significant experience in B2B software or SaaS companies.
- Ideally a proven track record of scaling a business from 1 million to 10 million in revenue.
- Will serve as CoManaging Director taking on a key leadership role within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all revenuegenerating functions including:
- Marketing
- Customer Success
- Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Ensure seamless integration and alignment across all revenuerelated departments.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in sales marketing or revenue leadership roles with a preference for seniorlevel positions (e.g. VP of Sales) in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for highgrowth SaaS companies.
- Expertise in building leading and scaling sales marketing and customer success teams.
- Strong skills in revenue forecasting pipeline management and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and unify them toward achieving strategic goals.
