Job Description


Job Requirements for Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Profile:

  • A senior leader with significant experience in B2B software or SaaS companies.
  • Ideally a proven track record of scaling a business from 1 million to 10 million in revenue.
  • Will serve as CoManaging Director taking on a key leadership role within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all revenuegenerating functions including:
    • Marketing
    • Customer Success
    • Sales
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment across all revenuerelated departments.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales marketing or revenue leadership roles with a preference for seniorlevel positions (e.g. VP of Sales) in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for highgrowth SaaS companies.
  • Expertise in building leading and scaling sales marketing and customer success teams.
  • Strong skills in revenue forecasting pipeline management and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and unify them toward achieving strategic goals.

Compensation:

  • Competitive package combining base salary performance bonuses and equity options tailored to the candidates experience and qualifications.


Language Requirement: Advanced to professional-level proficiency in German is mandatory. Extensive experience in sales, marketing, or revenue leadership roles, with a preference for senior-level positions (e.g., VP of Sales) in a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for high-growth SaaS companies. Expertise in building, leading, and scaling sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Strong skills in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and unify them toward achieving strategic goals.
