Job Description
- In this role you will be responsible for managing analysing and interpreting the full range of products of TradeMarks as well as some Private Labels in our Product Cataloguing systems.
- Keeping product data and cataloguing data of own brands (Wolf Champion) and private label product data uptodate and consistent across various databases (e.g. LIS PIM ADMIN TecDoc Xchecker etc.).
- Analysing data in various systems to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies and correct them. This mainly involves the use of Excel.
- You will support optimisation of processes for cataloguing and data flows. You ensure that data flows efficiently and correctly from our internal systems to various other systems such as websites platforms customer portal etc.
- You support various data update processes and always do this within the agreed timing.
- You ensure top quality of our cataloguing product data so that it adds value for our customers
- You make the data configurable to the format desired by the customers and to the various digital formats used in automotive industry catalogues.
- You support both the Product and Marketing teams with analyses and overviews of the cataloguing product data.
- You also play a crucial role in developing and implementing data management processes and procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- You collaborate with those responsible for the various databases and other colleagues around optimisation and maintenance of data and databases. You take actions where necessary.
- You are backup for the product data specialists.
- Furthermore you get the opportunity to grow in your role and take responsibility for (sub)projects within the Product Cataloguing processes.
Qualifications :
- You have at least a bachelor degree or have equivalent experience
- You have a first experience in Data Management (15 years) preferably in Automotive and/or Chemical Sector.
- You have excellent computer skills:
- Excel: extensive (knowledge of pivots vlookups concatenates comparison of different data files etc.).
- Access DB: basic i.e. loading tables (manually or via import) basic queries etc.
- Knowledge of cataloguing data systems is an advantage: PIM TecDoc Xchecker
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus.
- You are interested in highquality product information have a critical eye for detail and work very accurately. You are also interested in continuously expanding your knowledge.
- You like a structured approach and followup of actions and are able to work independently. At the same time you are also a team player who relies on and draws on the expertise of colleagues to help you in your daily tasks.
- You have good and detailed analytical skills. You are able to deal with data from different sources that are not 100% identical and find ways to connect these data from different sources.
- You are able to prioritize enabling you to consistently meet imposed objectives and deadlines
- In addition you are an innovative thinker always looking for improvements and opportunities in the market. Your organisational skills enable you to effectively manage projects and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously.
