Job Description
Maintains knowledge and good understanding about plant/equipment and its conditions.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting based on work orders.
Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal setting up work with Quality to minimize defects and reworks.
Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal operation work with Production to minimize waste and unplanned downtime.
Monitor plant/equipment to ensure safety operation work with EHS to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
Develop and implement improvements to minimize downtime for line change and cleaning.
Support plant/equipment installation and startup.
Qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Operation of maintenance shop machinery (desired)
Informacin adicional :
Degree in Mechatronic Electronic Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
5 years experience in maintenance engineering or technical field preferable in the Electronic Industry.
English 85%
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software including AutoCAD or SolidWorks (desired)
