Sous la responsabilit du superviseur de service le rpartiteur reoit les appels des clients et les aide rgler leurs problmes selon le cas. Il distribue les appels de service aux lectrotechniciens de route ou aux soustraitants. 

Dfis:

• Prendre les appels de service et assister les clients  travers le Canada.
• Donner des informations gnrales aux clients et les transfrer au personnel technique concern. 
• Rpartir les appels de service aux techniciens de faon efficace via le systme automatis de golocalisation. 
• Planifier les maintenances prventives ainsi que le nettoyage et sassurer de garder la liste de maintenance jour. 

Reporting to the service supervisor the dispatcher receives calls from customers and helps them solve their problems as required. He distributes service calls to route electricians or subcontractors. 

Challenges:

• Take service calls and solve the problem over the phone across Canada.
• Give general information to customers and transfer it to the appropriate technical staff. 
• Dispatch service calls to technicians efficiently via the automated geolocation system. 
• Plan preventive maintenance and cleaning and ensure that the maintenance list is kept up to date. 

Qualifications :

Profil recherch:

• Possder 2 ans dexprience comme rpartiteur(trice)
• DEP dans un domaine connexe un atout
• Connaissances techniques et/ou pratiques en mcanique / lectrique / programmation dautomates ou lquivalent
• Aisance informatique 
• Bonne connaissance du franais et de langlais parles et crits 
• Bon service la clientle et bonne organisation du travail

Profile required:

• 2 years experience as a dispatcher
• DEP in a related field an asset
• Technical and/or practical knowledge of mechanics / electricity / PLC programming or equivalent
• Computer skills 
• Good knowledge of French and English spoken and written 
• Good customer service and work organization skills
