Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Manager to join us in Rotork Leeds to be at the heart of a successful business.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director you will be responsible for planning organising and managing all manufacturingrelated functions to achieve the highest levels of quality and customer service in a safe efficient and timely manner. You will utilise the proven Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques to ensure the achievement of Rotorks business goals.
This role is ideal for those with a desire to lead and steer a site towards world class manufacturing excellence.
Qualifications :
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in site management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing continuous improvement and/or other formal productivity improvement programmes
- Outstanding management skills with the ability to coach others towards excellence
- Experience of product line introduction and change management
