Job Description
You will report into the Delivery Manager.
What you will do:
- Attend client workshops and support with eliciting relevant solution requirements
- Assist delivery lead with client engagements from endtoend
- With support from delivery leads communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the needed artefacts
- Support with informative presentations of the solution delivered to other teams
- Provide reports for the Project Manager which they can use to communicate project status to relevant parties both internal and external.
- Work on relevant issues ensuring all of them are identified tracked reported on and resolved promptly escalating to the appropriate management.
- Ensure specification and design of solutions meet defined needs retaining compatibility with solution architectures
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential
- Experience in software delivery is desirable but not essential
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good problem solving analytical and presentation skills
- Experience with processes applications and technology
- Understanding of relevant technologies required for solutions delivery
- Readiness to work with line manager to develop subject matter expertise to allow successful undertaking of software configuration activities using our inhouse software packages
It would be considered an advantage if you have:
- Working knowledge of XML/JSON.
- Working knowledge of SQL relational databases and associated terminologies
- Working knowledge of WPS / SAS
- Fraud industry knowledge
- Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
