Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking a Corporate Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. As a vital member of the firms client service team our Corporate Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for researching drafting and preparing complex employment investment and treatybased visa petitions. A qualified candidate must be organized able to multitask and meet deadlines work independently and also as a collaborative member of our client service team. This individual must have experience working with the U.S. Department of Labor procedures knowledge of National Visa Center processing consular processing immigrant/nonimmigrant visas and AOS processes. #LIHybrid
Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act the salary range for this Los Angeles based position is between $78500 $128100. Pursuant to the New York City Human Rights Law and Washington DC Pay Transparency Law the salary range for this New York or Washington DC based position is between $81900 $133700. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education experience geographic market and internal pay equity at Foley.
