LiveU is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Program Coordination Intern to support our program management activities. This position is ideal for a motivated student looking to gain handson experience in program coordination and project oversight in a dynamic environment.
As a Program Coordination Intern you will collaborate with various teams including business owners developers and QA professionals to contribute to the success of ongoing initiatives. Your role will focus on ensuring alignment across teams monitoring progress and supporting the continuous improvement of our processes.
Role Description
- Assist in validating the scope of work and managing work plans and backlogs.
- Support coordination efforts with business owners project managers developers and QA engineers to align on program goals risks timelines and resource needs.
- Monitor and report on program progress ensuring dependencies risks and issues are addressed effectively.
- Communicate updates milestones and outcomes to stakeholders fostering transparency and trust.
- Help organize and participate in lessonlearned sessions.
- Contribute to the implementation of program governance and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery quality.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering Information Systems or a related field (Approximately 2 years of studies remaining)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Work 23 days a week from the office.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Jira).
- Basic understanding of program and project management principles
