Principal Responsibilities:
J Los Angeles is looking for energetic openminded assistant teachers to help foster curiosity exploration and respect with young children. Candidates should love working with children and believe that preschoolers are competent individuals worthy of a loving engaging environment. Responsibilities and Duties:
Interacting and connecting with children families and J Los Angeles partners in ways that support strong relationships respect and collaboration.
Working in a team to maintain a healthy safe and engaging classroom environment develop curriculum and care for a group of 1218 preschoolers.
Supporting a rich playbased curriculum based in Judaic values and traditions and a strong view of children as learners and thinkers.
Approaching conflicts as opportunities to learn and coaching children to be problem solvers.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 12 ECE units
At least 1 year of experience working with young children in a school or center setting
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work collaboratively and problem solve
Ability to be selfdirected manage time and complete projects
Open to learning ability to selfreflect regularly
Able to meet the physical demands of the position (i.e. care for active young children repetitive bending and lifting)
Current pediatric CPR/First Aid certification (Must be willing to obtain)

Salary: $35000$45000
