The role youll contribute:
Plans implements and organizes social work resources and evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients; linkage to resources in the community.
The value youll bring to the team:
Assess patients physical psychosocial cultural and spiritual needs through observation interview review of medical records & clinical data. Evaluates patients response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome. Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with social work standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Demonstrate competency in a variety of therapeutic/diagnostic interventions.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:
Master of Social Work (MSW)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
