Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with a robust background in software engineering particularly in VoIP and web technologies. This role will be pivotal in shaping our product strategy and roadmap designing innovative product features and leading a dedicated engineering team.
Role Objectives
The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and product roadmap collaborating closely with engineering and user experience teams to ensure the effective development and enhancement of product features. This includes evaluating product performance conducting market research identifying areas for improvement and creating comprehensive user documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and product roadmap.
- Design and define new product features.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and customer collateral.
- Ensure the correct implementation of features that prioritize userfriendliness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Create user guides and tutorials to support customers.
- Develop detailed specifications for product features.
- Oversee and manage a team of engineers.
- Collaborate within Agile teams and adhere to Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications :
- Strong technical expertise in software engineering specifically in VoIP and web technologies.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies and product ownership.
- Analytical skills to evaluate product performance and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in designing user interfaces and crafting user stories.
- Ability to create user guides and tutorials.
- Experience in conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in developing detailed feature specifications.
- Previous experience managing an engineering team.
