Job Description
- Manage team members and give examples of common sensebased design engineering culture over processdriven design
- Minimize technical debts whenever possible
- Help Enterprise Architect/CTO maintain clean welldocumented Functional Requirement Document / Business Requirement Document
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
- Use tools to create web mobile (and future native) applications with clean portable welldocumented code
- Design implement test and roll out the new features at Tastify
- Build applications and serve it back to the user in frontend code.
- Create servers and databases for functionality.
- Build unit tests & ensure high degree of coverage for critical features
- Design and develop APIs according to business goals
- Maintain clean welldocumented API documentations
- Working with backend engineers to review codes & perform pull requests
- Distributing work effectively to backend engineers
- Ensuring high quality code
- Ensuring smooth biweekly releases to production server
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or equivalent with a focus on Software Engineering
- Willing to work in our Ho Chi Minh City office from 3PM9PM local time with 2 floating hours floating in the afternoon/evening local time
- Minimum 5 years working experience in an agile development environment with a live product.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Senior Lead or Technical Management with a team of 25 junior developers
- Experience in an international environment/ global collaboration
- Experience in salesforce development is a plus
- Experience in coffee business or coffeetech is a plus
- Fluent English
- Back end: Ruby on Rails RSpec
- Database: MySQL
- Supporting applications: Sidekiq Engineyard Rollbar Heroku Azure Asana Jira & Zendesk
- TestDriven Development Agile SCRUM
- Front end (bonus): REACT JavaScript CSS and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams SharePoint etc.) & Business Intelligence Power BI as a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel Word Outlook
