Lead Frontend Developer

Were seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to drive our frontend innovation and guide a talented team to new heights. What Youll Do:
Develop and design our workforce management platform working within one of our 4 feature teams.
Shape the frontend strategy making critical architectural decisions and ensuring scalable highperformance solutions.
Recruit and develop a cohesive frontend team fostering collaboration and driving effective execution.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and translate the frontend vision into actionable roadmaps.
Incorporate market trends and diverse perspectives to maintain a competitive edge and ensure user satisfaction.
About You:
Experienced in JavaScript Vue 3 Docker GitLab and some Ionic.
Proven ability to build solid products and inspire technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ownership and initiative are second nature with a knack for setting systems up from scratch.
Strong problemsolving skills and a pragmatic approach to complex challenges.
