Job Description
The Project Director is responsible for the overall direction coordination implementation execution and completion of specific projects ensuring alignment with the companys strategy commitments and goals. The role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery while managing risks budgets resources and stakeholders. The Project Director leads crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of largescale complex projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience including 5 years in a leadership role managing largescale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk management budgeting and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) and Microsoft Office suite.
