Job Description

As IT services must serve the business needs which means they require the oversight and delivery IT services managers can provide. Fluent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives as well as fluency in tools like ServiceNow 4Me or BMC Remedy will support the role. Our experts are familiar with frameworks like ITIL ensuring service quality incident management and process optimisation. The roles key responsibilities include the effective management of service desks and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. IT Services management is about using problem solving skills to maintain high standards so the IT Services are never out of step with the business goals. 

Youll be familiar with .NET by Microsoft. This opensource crossplatform framework (compatible with macOS Windows and Linux) supports various programming languages including the everpopular C#. Thanks to its highperformance runtime consistent programming model and extensive library of precoded solutions .NET enables us to incorporate performance security reliability and productivity into our solutions. 

As the primary point of contact and lead in the service team exceptional customer experiences are what Delivery/Service Managers are positioned to provide. Youll anticipate client needs through proactive communication and watch over the delivery process using your skills in efficient resource management resolving any issues as they happen. Client satisfaction is crucial so youll make sure our IT services align with their needs driving digital transformation alongside customer satisfaction to exceed expectations.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent 
  • Languages: English and Dutch or French
