Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to support the CEO of our clients German subsidiary overseeing comprehensive financial operations compliance and internal controls across Europe. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in finance ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance within our finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with financial management including accounting funding taxation subsidiary oversight and internal controls.
- Communicate effectively with external agencies (tax authorities auditors banks and statistical bureaus) to meet compliance obligations.
- Manage budgeting forecasting tax incentives and subsidiary solutions fulfilling frontline finance responsibilities.
- Conduct onsite financial operations such as tax negotiations bank transactions inventory counts annual audits and regulatory data submissions for subsidiaries.
- Cultivate a robust internal control environment participating in highrisk activities and promoting timely issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelors degree or above; over 8 years of financial experience including significant exposure to compliance accounting taxation and internal controls.
- Native Mandarin Chinese; fluent in both German and English.
- Strong knowledge in financial statement analysis fund management tax compliance audit coordination corporate budgeting and internal control processes.
- Demonstrated leadership strong analytical and detailoriented mindset proactive problemsolving and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
