Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with leadership potential ready to take on a Team Leader role. This position is split into two main responsibilities: you will spend approximately 50% of your time working as a developer within your team and the other 50% leading the team. As Team Leader you will work closely with the Embedded Software Owner who will provide prioritized features and support you with technical matters.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader:
- Lead the daily work of the team.
- Represent the team within the organization.
- Keep the Jira board up to date and manage team progress.
As a Developer:
- Work with HMI and busspecific nodes IC3 and ICgfx.
- Develop based on Logic Design and Requirements from Systemweaver.
- Conduct unit testing and fault tracing.
- Communicate with interfaces across the organization.
Expected Profile:
- A BSc or MSc degree in Electrical/Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills with experience as a Team Leader or Scrum Master.
- Experience with Jira.
- Strong programming experience in C C and Python.
- Tshaped mindset with the ability or interest to learn new areas.
- Selfmotivated and able to take initiative even within an experienced team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience at AB Volvo preferably Volvo Buses.
- Familiarity with CANalyzer.
- Experience with Jenkins and DaVinci for integration.
- Knowledge of Qml.
- Experience reading requirements in Systemweaver.
