Commercial Banking Advisor

Managing communication between banks and their clients is what our Commercial Advisor colleagues do best. Youll be an expert in how financial institutions deliver value providing personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. Youll be cordial and deliver toptier service to both internal and external clients. No one understands the needs and wants of banking customers better; youll be able to identify their needs and offer suitable financial solutions with ease. Handling complex tasks without difficulty is crucial so you can promote digital banking services hit deadlines and build a portfolio of satisfied accounts.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:  

• Education: Bachelors degree or a relevant equivalent 
• Experience: entry level to 3 years relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools 
• Languages: Dutch & French (required) English desirable

Want to know what happens next  

The recruitment process starts with a prescreening where the recruiter reviews candidates qualifications and initial fit for the role. Next in the first interview candidates engage in a more detailed conversation to assess their skills and experience. This is followed by an assessment phase where technical and rolespecific evaluations take place. After this the company makes a contract proposal if the candidate is considered suitable.
