Position: Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor advertisements detect inappropriate links to identify and troubleshoot possible issues
- Triage requests from the different entities
- Communicate with government political and advocacy partners
- Help to keep relevant content across the platforms
- Provide high quality yet emphatic responses via email when required
- Escalate and reroute the necessary matters and issues to departments incharge
- Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
- Maintain and update all jobrelated administrative forms
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Hebrew both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
- Previous experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
- Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate without bias
- Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with high volumes and changing demands
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Professional with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a part of the team
