We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:
As an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service driving sales and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for delivering topnotch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store
Assist in recruiting training and managing a team of sales associates
Monitor and analyze sales performance develop strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store is always wellpresented
Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in all cash transactions
Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement marketing and promotional strategies

Requirements:
Minimum of 23 years of experience in a retail management role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
