Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with AWS Cloud expertise to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru Karnataka India. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for our cloudbased applications ensuring highquality software delivery in an AWS environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive automated test strategies for cloudbased applications
- Create execute and maintain automated test scripts using industrystandard frameworks and tools
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Design and set up test environments using AWS services such as EC2 S3 and Lambda
- Identify analyze and report software defects and performance issues
- Optimize test execution time and resource utilization in the AWS cloud
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality
- Stay updated with the latest trends in automation testing and AWS technologies
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in automation testing and cloud technologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 3 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on cloudbased applications
- 2 years of handson experience with AWS cloud services including EC2 S3 Lambda and CloudFormation
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java Python or JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks like Selenium Appium or similar tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git
- Expertise in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification is a plus
