EMRI is a rapidly growing maritime technology company. The company develops control and navigation systems for large ships and are leaders in this field. EMRIs systems ensure precise navigation and thus better utilization of the ships fuel leading to reduction of fuel emissions. That is something they are proud of.
On behalf of EMRI MARPRO Group is looking for a Marine Project Engineer for the office in Copenhagen. You will report to the Head of Ship Projects & Service Delivery.
EMRI are revamping their entire product portfolio and developing the maritime steering control systems of the future. At the same time they are growing the retrofit business.
The job
As Marine Project Engineer you will be endtoend responsible for all technical aspects including preinstallation inspections system design cable and installation drawings software updates commissioning and documentation.
You will carry out Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Harbor Acceptance Test (HAT) Sea trial Acceptance Test (SAT) and will cooperate with all stakeholders while supporting EMRIs sales organization. You will ensure that the installations adhere to regulatory and class requirements.
Expect around 30 travel days per year.
