About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a worldleading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Supplier Quality Engineerto join our Auto Parts Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality abnormalitys assessment leading analysis and improvement plan confirmation effect verification ensure that problems of the products can be solved effectively
- Responsible for implement of division and factorys quality policy and improvement of quality awareness hold relative quality culture activities.
- Responsible for setting quality goal implementation and supervision. Ensure achivement of quality goal related to materials from suppliers which includes correction prevention and handling of anomalies and claim work.
- Responsible for quality planning of new products ensure new products quality before mass production.
- Responsible for improvement of all kinds of quality work ensure achivement of all kinds of quality goals.
- Responsible for the palnning analysis improvement of measuring system ensure effectiveness of measuring means
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree or above 3 years of quality related work experience proficient in English and Hungarian fluent Chinese preferred;
- Familiar with the inspection process and quality management process meet the visual inspection vision without high myopia no color blindness;
- Familiar with seven QC techniques 8D QCC and other quality control methods familiar with five quality tools (APQP PPAP SPC FMEA MSA);
- Familiar with the Hungarian quality system and applied to the quality work; with good communication coordination skills service awareness and strong sense of responsibility strong stress resistance;proficient in computer operation and office softwares.
