About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a worldleading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our Auto Parts Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the factorys layout planning and the earlystage decoration responsible for the factorys overall design and logistics route planning make adjustment and improvement to the production lines to meet the productions requirements.
- Make reasonable allocation for production personnel and equipment etc. according to the production plan. Reduce cost and increase production efficiency ensure smooth production
- Responsible for setting producthour standards and maintenance calculate woking hour efficiency and improve efficiency in all kinds of ways.
- Responsible for lean manufacturing improvement continuous researching for best production mode improve efficiency eliminate waste support the continuous improvement to the production site.
- Responsible for the lighthouse factory project followup promote automation lean manufacturing and imformatization for lighthouse factory.
- Assist engineer to finish other tasks.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree or aboveat least 3 years working experience proficient in English and Hungarian fluent Chinese preferred;
- Have knowledge of operation managementqualityindustrial projectlean manufacturing and relative knowledges.
- Familiar with production site management5S7 waste be able to allocate production personnel and plan productions lines properly.
- Familiar with productsproduction process principle operational process
- Good communication skills coordination and organization ability. Master the use of auxiliary tools like CADoffice softwares.
