Job Description
Location: Sheffield or Bristol
Permeant fulltime
Up to 50000 (dependent on experience)
As a Client Relationship Manager at SBS you will be at the forefront of our ISA product line client interactions ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs provide exceptional service and facilitate longterm partnerships.
What will the role involve
- Providing reliable support and exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships.
- Ensuring adherence to contractual terms and service level agreements and communicating client goals with internal teams.
- Maintaining knowledge of clients businesses manage backlogs and meet timelines.
- Summarising client meetings and following up on required actions ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborating with Account Managers and lead client review meetings ensuring preparation and alignment on client needs.

- Strong customer service ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
- Collaborative team player with strong decisionmaking and leadership abilities.
- Proactive selfmotivated organized and flexible (with potential travel).
- Good numeracy skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
