Job Description
As Marketing Operations Manager you will lead endtoend marketing operations from sales enablement to lead and customer management including orchestrating field activities in your area(s) and/or global projects. You will work closely with the Product Marketing Content Digital Marketing and Communications team and will support business unit managers and other relevant stakeholders with the following objectives: lead generation brand awareness and contribution to customer success and acquisition.
Your missions :
- Define and execute the operational marketing plan for your geography/project.
- Work in close collaboration with other teams in the marketing department in order to offer localized and relevant omnichannel gotomarkets.
- Manage operations for internal and external online and physical events (local kickoffs customer seminars trade shows conferences etc.)
- Work closely with our Fintech partners to coorganize events.
- Support sales teams to generate sales leads particularly via an ABM approach
- Maintain and enrich the database of prospects and customers.
Qualifications :
- You have at least 5 years of experience during which you have developed strong skills in field marketing and project management with excellent communication skills and special attention to detail.
- You have a good understanding of the banking or IT industry sectors.
- Concerned about customer satisfaction and resultsoriented you have demonstrated a strong ability to follow a plan and produce results on a daytoday basis.
- You speak French and English fluently. Dutch would be appreciated.
