ShortTerm Goals
- Optimize resource capacity through accurate planning and forecasting.
- Oversee an efficient resource allocation process stepping in with interventions when needed.
- Maintain uptodate highquality CVs for all team members.
- Ensure compliance with operational requirements including hours rates and allocations.
LongTerm Goals
- Achieve a sustainable balance between resource supply and demand.
- Drive operational excellence by consistently improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the decisionmaker for resource allocation across various services and assignments.
- Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Hub as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
- Manage sourcing for business line projects and teams leveraging the Sourcing Hub to identify the best candidates.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure CV quality and implement improvement action plans.
- Monitor and improve operational processes and data quality within the business line.
- Prepare essential reports on rates and productivity and track performance metrics.
- Perform productivity analyses and provide strategic advice to enhance gross margins.
- Lead the Billability Optimization Program implementing actions to improve TC ratios address absences and minimize productivity losses.
- Promote sustainable employability by aligning employees with strategic and fulfilling assignments.
Key Results & KPIs
- Effective followup and execution of allocation process actions.
- Controlled bench management with timely interventions when necessary.
- Accurate timely and complete time registrations.
- Highquality uptodate CVs for all resources.
- Improved productivity and billability rates.
- Optimized gross margins and TC ratios.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Resource Manager Project Manager).
- An excellent command of the Dutch language is a requirement.
- Strong commercial mindset and approach.
- Effective collaborator with the ability to manage conflicting interests.
- Combines operational excellence with a datadriven mindset.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Organizationally sensitive and empathetic.
- Proactive detailoriented and able to maintain an overview in complex situations.
