About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a worldleading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Aftersales serviceEngineer to join our Auto Parts Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting and conducting preliminary analysis of product quality information from aftersales clients (assembly plants 4S shops and the market).
- Responsible for onsite verification and handling of aftersales issues.
- Analyze the causes of aftersales quality problems formulate corrective actions and follow up on their implementation.
- Confirm summarize and analyze warranty claim data (quantities costs etc.) and drive improvement actions.
- Collect organize and draft related standards and guidelines such as product feature introductions common fault diagnosis and repair procedures and user manuals.
- Handle the verification of returned warranty parts and track the return of express packages.
- Confirm and review information related to IQS breakdowns and warranty parts; maintain and follow up on ACR/RCS issues and analyze their effectiveness.
- Address major aftersales issues including OTA updates part replacements and upgrades.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree or above with more than 3 years of work experience; proficiency in English and Hungarian is required and fluency in Chinese is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in using office software.
- Basic knowledge of the products being manufactured and an understanding of their fundamental process characteristics.
