Job Description:
Domopan Arabia is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our growing team. As a Planning Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing all project planning and scheduling activities to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects. Your strong attention to detail and effective communication skills will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules including resource allocation critical path analysis and progress tracking.
Collaborate with project managers engineers and other team members to establish project timelines milestones and deliverables.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential delays or issues.
Analyze project data and provide regular reports to management on project status budget and schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and make necessary adjustments to the schedule.
Utilize project management software to track and update project schedules.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with all safety quality and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of construction processes methods and materials.
Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
