Role
Our client is seeking a seeking an experienced Observability Engineer to contribute to our Stability 2.0 initiative. The role focuses on enhancing system stability through advanced observability practices and tools.
Musthave Requirements
Proven expertise in NewRelic for infrastructure and application performance monitoring (APM).
Proficiency in Zabbix for effective system monitoring and alerting.
Handson experience with Chef for configuration management and automation.
Extensive knowledge of Terraform and/or Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning.
Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals and commandline utilities.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience ideally with exposure to regulated environments such as banking.
Preferred Skills
Experience with additional tools like the ELK stack Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Prior experience in the banking sector or similar regulated environments is highly desirable with an understanding of compliance and security standards.
