Job Description
- Develop the stack emission & workplace health business operations both in terms of volume and process efficiency
- Lead the team from recruitment & training to performance management
- Deliver high quality services to external customers
- Ensure high quality and timely delivery of service (in line Eurofins Operational Excellence)
- Drive lean organization and strive for efficiency
- Meet the operational and financial targets as defined by the Group
Qualifications :
- MSc degree
- Experience in operations management preferably in an international environment
- Advanced financial (P&L and CF) knowledge
- Practical understanding of industrial CI (continuous improvement) methodologies
- Good level of English is a requirement
- Expertise in industry (TIC Testing Inspection and Certification) is not required
