Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated and innovative individual to join our marketing team. This role is crucial for enhancing brand awareness and supporting marketing initiatives that drive business growth. The successful candidate will be a key player in executing marketing strategies that align with our company objectives.

Main Responsibilities in Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns aimed at effectively promoting company properties and services.
  • Develop and maintain engaging content for the companys website social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competition and opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Plan organize and participate in promotional events and conferences ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in creating highquality marketing materials such as brochures presentations and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to develop leadgeneration strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including graphic designers printers and advertising agencies ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage reports including monthly reports POs (purchase orders) financial documentation and other necessary records to support marketing operations.

Essential Requirements for a Marketing Coordinator

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing preferably within the real estate or property sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels including social media email marketing and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to create compelling content.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Preferred Experience and Skills in Marketing

  • Experience in content creation and copywriting particularly within the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also excelling as part of a collaborative team.
