About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a worldleading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Customs Data process Specialist to join our Procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Customs HScode classification of Companys materials:
- Handle the classification and identification work of Hungarian passenger car factories provide EU HScode classification opinions and confirmation of prohibition and restriction conditions based on material information;
- Responsible for providing technical support for customs material HScode classification including providing corresponding classification situation explanations when receiving customs classification challenage.
- Ability to use English as the main working language;
- Wellexperience on HScode classification. Have a deep understanding of EU classification rules and need to take HScode classification ability test (including classification situation description) as a part of interview;
- 2 years or more of HScode classification experience (including but not limited to the EU)
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 5 years or more of HScode classification experience (including but not limited to the EU); those with Hungarian customs expert certificates are preferred;
- Ability to use English as the main working language; native Hungarian speakers are preferred;
- Wellexperience on HScode classification. Have a deep understanding of EU classification rules and need to take HScode classification ability test (including classification situation description) as a part of interview;
- Have a deep understanding of EU import control policies and restrictive document regulations and those with a manufacturing industry foundation are preferred;
- The work arrangement is mainly based on project progress and the number of audited parts is 200300.
