Job Description
- Work independently and as part of a team in a client facing environment.
- Selfmotivated adaptable and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Maintains laboratory purchased reagents equipment and supplies through ordering logging inventory and stocking. Determines and responds to material alert levels as required.
- Coordinates sample and reagent transfers/shipments verifying integrity of received materials.
- Coordinates calibration and preventative maintenance of instruments/devices.
- Scheduling and coordinating calibration preventive maintenance and repair work performed by outside contractors.
- Review of vendor documentation in support of preventative maintenance and repair work.
- Initiate track and close work records in BMRAM equipment database as needed.
- Performs data entry into quality systems to ensure compliance with standards.
- Completes laboratory documentation and reviews logbook data.
- Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements and maintains inspection readiness
Qualifications :
- AAS in a science business or related discipline preferred
- High School Diploma required
- May consider another degree discipline with relevant experience
- cGMP experience is desirable.
- Thrive working in a fastpaced environment and can multitask
- Can perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
Additional Information :
- Position is fulltime MonFri 1st Shift 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation range: $19.50 $21.50.
