Coordinate vessel calls in Northern Europe join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a global company.
On behalf of Unifeeder MARPRO Group is looking for an Operations Coordinator to Network & Operations department. You will report directly to the Operational Manager for Unifeeder North Europa.
Unifeeder a worldwide company headquartered in Aarhus is a rapidly developing provider of the bestconnected feeder and shortsea network in Europe. Due to continued growth and the ambition of becoming the market leader in its field by 2025 Unifeeder has an ongoing need for experienced and motivated team members.
As an Operations Coordinator you will coordinate port and terminal calls for approximately 40 vessels operating in Northern Europe. You will be part of an experienced team of 5 colleagues working closely together to ensure seamless and effective operations.
The work environment is characterized by an informal tone in a dynamic workplace where deadlines and schedules dictate a highspeed execution. A structured and committed work effort across geographies colleagues terminals and vessels is needed to secure a high quality.
Professional qualifications:
- A relevant education.
- Experience within the maritime industry or another relevant sector.
- Good communication skills experience with handling conflicts and maintaining relationships.
- Full professional proficiency in English

- Can prioritize and multitask to ensure efficient operation
- A real team player
- Ability to effectively share responsibilities and cooperate with the rest of the team and organization across different countries and cultures
