Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Reporting to: Manager
Work Location: Bangalore
Job Description
- 5 years of relevant expertise in HCM Cloud with at least two endtoend project implementations under your belt
- Must have Strong Functional Experience in HCM Cloud Time & Labor Payroll (Configuration Solution and Support)
- Good Experience working in Payroll Legislation for the US
- Ability to write Fast Formulas in the cloud
- Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes
- Significant expertise with requirements solutions estimation support issues demonstration and escalation
- Solid experience in functional design documentation and endtoend functional testing
- Ability to understand HCM Integration & Reporting requirements and solutions to them
- Should have worked on an Offshore Onsite Delivery Model
- Should be able to query the data for analysis and debugging
- Good to have the knowledge in Securities and Workflows
- Open manage and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support
- Support and maintain Oracle Upgrades
- Have experience in three of the below modules is a plus

- Help Desk
- Digital Assistance
