Job Description
Should have experience in NGS data analysis such as WGS RNASeq Small RNA Metagenome (16S ITS Whole metagenome) QTLseq Exome etc.
Should also have good programming skills in python PHPJ Query MySql.
Implement and execute data processing workflows and automate the pipelines.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Develop NGS pipeline for analysis and interpretation of NGS data
Qualifications :
MSc or M.Tech/PhD in bioinformatics
