1. Handling and following global clients:
Sending to clients appropriate test request form and protocols
Following clients requirements basing on their program procedure as below:
- Testing billing issue distribution test reports
- Login to clients IT system for updating information
Taking care of clients :
- Addressing clients inquiries
- For the failures of test results explain the test procedure
2. Coordinate with other Eurofins companies internal team with following tasks from the begining to issuing report:
- Providing protocols quotation sample size how to submit samples as per clients enquiries
- Explaining client program procedure
- Informing requesting additional information documentation samples clarification info as per testing program requirement
- Placing on hold off hold samples
- Explain the test requirement related label required
- Explain testing price if any
3. Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications :
- 1 2 years in relevant positions such as customer service sales admin in testing or B2B industries
- At least graduated from university or above major in business administration international business psychology
- Advanced English in 4 skills. Other languages are an advantage.
- Soft skills: communication negotiation persuasion
- Able to work independent and coordinate with other teams
- Basic Microsoft office skill
