- Perform evaluations and laboratory testing on primary containerclosure components and system critical secondary packaging and shipping systems utilizing mechanical testing equipment and dimension measurement instruments
- Execute methods collect data and document results in lab notebooks and LIMS
- Participate in the development of laboratory test methods or equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy of results
- Ensure all activities follow established safety standards regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP)
- Lead team schedule and train employees in client environment
- Prepare and review job plans conduct semiannual performance reviews interview applicants keep training records up to date for assigned employees perform succession planning in preparation for growth
- Coach and develop individuals and team to maximize performance
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in science engineering or technology or equivalent directlyrelated experience (must have 8 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree)
- Professional leadership experience
- 2 years of pharmaceutical enclosure/packaging experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Internal candidates at a minimum must be a level 2 employee in good standing to be considered.
Additional Information :
Position is Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis IN are encouraged to apply.
