As our new admin superstar youll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors providing topnotch support to our Service Manager and Supervisors.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors as required.
- Assist with coordinating of service jobs and workflow including timesheets.
- Provide other general administration duties including management of stationery and mail collection.
- Assist with processing of purchase orders invoicing and parts ordering.
- Assist Service Manager/supervisors with financial reports and cost analysis as required.
- Provide backup to other admins as required by the business.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with time sheet management
- Intermediate Microsoft office abilities
- SAP and Mitrefinch experience favourable but not a requirement
- General administration experience
- Customer service experience
