Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Regular attendance and punctuality
Time Flexibility
Collect samples from onsite drop box
Unpack and packs shipments and document receipt of sample
Organize and record samples
Data entry into LIMS
Maintenance of the department and lab including stocking supplies and housekeeping
Quick hone and email correspondence with clients
Review analytical reports quickly and accurately
Scan and send out reports in a timely manner
Assist with customer services
Handle interactions with walkin clients
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Account Maintenance
- Follow up calls and visits with clients
- Submits client complaints and participates in corrective action/followup as needed
- Communicates client issues / complaints to sales
- Follows up on client requests
- Supports the follow up of quotes / bids for tracking purposes
- Forwards opportunities and leads to sales
- Forecasts upcoming work
- Asks for the next opportunity
Qualifications :
Education/Experience (BMQ):
- Minimum 23 years client relationship or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent further education in biological or chemical science preferred
- Experience in a fast pace work environment
- Lab experience and exposure to environmental industry preferred.
Ability and/or Skills (BMQ):
- Strong communication and written skills
- Strong computer knowledge organizational and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team selfmotivated adaptable and a positive and high energy attitude
- Handle moderate stress in a fastpaced environment
- Detail oriented
Additional Information :
This role will be a full time role first shift (8:30 AM 5:00 PM) Monday Friday with mandatory OT as needed.
