Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the development team in Agile practices and principles to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team s progress.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Foster a collaborative environment where team members can communicate openly and constructively.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and helps them understand the importance of Agile methodologies.
