To drive Building Finishing direct sales by building strong relationships with the main contractors and applicators.
- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Tracking sales performance and preparing reports on sales activities forecasts and outcomes.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues that clients may have.
- Working closely with other departments such as specification product development and technical service to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs
Qualifications :
- Preferably Diploma or above in any discipline or relevant experience
Additional Information :
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the building materials sector with a strong
preference for experience in the tiling industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving measurable results.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong selfdiscipline and motivation to drive sales activities and achieve personal goals.
