Job Description

  • The position of Fresh HR Executive is integral to our organization as it plays a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and HR processes. The Fresh HR Executive will contribute to the overall success of the HR team by assisting in recruitment onboarding and maintaining employee records accurately.

  • This is a Remote Position.

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.

      • Supporting HRIS maintenance and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

      • Participating in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

      • Assisting with employee relations including conducting exit interviews and handling HRrelated inquiries.

      • Managing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

      • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

      • Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support departmental goals.

      • Managing HR communication channels and facilitating internal communications.

      • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

      • Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development programs.

      • Participating in performance management processes and supporting employee evaluations.

      • Assisting in benefits administration and employee welfare programs.

      • Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.

      • Participating in HR meetings and contributing to team discussions and initiatives.

      • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

    • Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

      • Knowledge of HR principles and practices.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

      • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Word.

      • Understanding of HRIS and basic data management.

      • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.

      • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

      • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

      • Team player with a proactive and cando attitude.

      • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR processes and systems.

      • Ability to work with diverse teams and individuals.

      • Strong organizational and time management skills.

      • Problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.
