Job Description:
- 810 years of experience in SAP with a specific focus on data migration projects.
- Expertise in configuring and utilizing data migration tools such as SAP LSMW SAP Migration Cockpit SAP Data Services (BODS) or third party ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of SAP data structures and tables across various SAP modules (e.g. MM SD FI/CO HR PP etc.).
- Handson experience in SAP data migration and data management processes.
- Ability to lead the endtoend data migration process from legacy systems to SAP environments including planning strategy extraction transformation validation and loading (ETL).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data migration requirements source data structures and target SAP systems (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Strong knowledge of data quality management and data governance principles.
- Expertise in master data management (MDM) and transactional data migration.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to develop and execute detailed data migration plans.
- Excellent understanding of ABAP for writing custom programs for data extraction validation and loading (if required).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis extraction and transformation.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues during migration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams through the migration process.
- SAP certification in data migration SAP S/4HANA or SAP BODS is a plus.
