Job Description
Main tasks
- Supports management of Group Insurance programs together with Head Risk Management
- Administration of group insurance programs including captive visvis insurers Group companies and broker
Working with
Internal
- Head Risk Management
- Local insurance responsibles local Controllers
- Head Finance Central Services
- Group Controlling
External
- Insurance companies
- Insurance brokers
Qualifications :
Education
- University FH or comparable education in finance business economics or administration
- Additional training in insurance environment would be an asset
- Business fluent in German and English (oral and written) other languages an asset
Experience
- Experience in working in administrative matters in an industrial/manufacturing or insurance environment
- Experience in insurance matters preferred suitable candidates without experience will receive solid onthejob training
Skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills precise working style
- Solid user knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel will play a pivotal role
- Focus on understanding business requirements
