- Managing and improving the team responsible for commercial and master data execution processes e.g.; commercial data maintenance and cleaning price change promotion and discount creation
- Coordinating tracking and reporting all data entries for commercial promotions in the company. Providing and confirming that the data has been entered comprehensively and correctly into the system by the Team. Reviewing processes/workflows and creating new processes/workflows or revising them if necessary.
- Managing local and global projects
- Follow up of system developments on global platforms and application of these developments.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for the creation implementation and followup of all Robot Processes Automation (RPA) in the department.
- Working closely with IMIT department to keep track with the new technologies improve and streamline the processes implementing necessary developments needed.
- Organizing all training of the Team regarding IMIT related subjects.
- Maintaining ongoing discussions with all related parties to ensure an understanding of business needs in the data entry flows.
- Preparing of presentations according to needs and changes
- Participating and leading relevant corporate projects where Data Maintenance actions to be applied.
- Being a single point of contact between Category Management Accounting Marketing Pricing and Supply Chain.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in related subjects such as Management Engineering Industrial Engineering MIS or Business Administration Economics Logistics etc.
- 3 years or more of experience in the Wholesale Retail Supply Chain or FMCG sectors.
- A highlevel understanding of endtoend Wholesale Retail Supply Chain business processes
- Strong process optimization capabilities as well as technical acumen and a fair understanding of IT related topics
- Experience in RPA management is a desirable.
- Strong problemsolving skills moreover results orientation is plus.
- Experience in data management and an ability to analyze data and understand development areas in terms of data processes
- Experience in working with MS Office applications mainly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. SQL Google Analytics Qliksense Microstrategy knowledge would be an advantage.
- Experience in team management.
- Ability in project management and change management skills.
- Ability to multitask in management
