Major Responsibilities:
- Drive change management efforts within the Information Security Program ensuring alignment with METROs global security strategy.
- Develop and implement communication strategies for major security rollouts.
- Engage with global IT managers information security officers and leadership teams to promote security policies and ensure smooth adoption.
- Create training materials to educate employees and stakeholders on new security policies and tools.
- Monitor adoption and resolve resistance to security initiatives across various regions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective implementation of security initiatives and policies.
Qualifications :
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 810 years in Change Management with at least 5 years in largescale IT or Security transformation programs.
- Overall experience in Organizational Change Management with a strong focus on Stakeholder Engagement Communication and Adoption Strategies for security initiatives.
Technical Skills/Certifications:
- Prosci / APMG / ACMP Change Management Certification
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
- Basic knowledge of security concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
